Time was a car dealer lot in December was about as lively as a ski resort in July.  Then, the industry discovered that they could sell a lot of cars in December, and things changed cheap diflucan generic.

In recent years, car buyers can get very good deals at the end of December, since dealers are trying to meet end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year sales goals, all at the same time.

But this year, things are even better.  Nationally, there are 77 days worth of unsold inventory on an average dealer’s lot, up from last year.  Sales have been strong, but production has been even stronger, so car makers are offering great deals.

But remember that you never buy an “average” car or buy from an “average” dealer – you buy a specific car from a specific dealer.  So if you can determine which exact vehicles have been sitting longest in your market and are most likely to be sold at a great discount, which dealers are likely to sell for the lowest price, and which advertised specials are the most special, you’re way ahead.
